About
Nicole Kosheba
I’ve been leading group fitness classes since 2011, working with people across Grand Rapids in studios, workplaces, and community spaces. For the past decade, I taught at CKO Kickboxing, and I’ve also led after-work programs for local businesses like Custer Furniture and Rockford Construction. Over the years, I’ve coached hundreds of bodies, personalities, energy levels, and life stages—and that experience has shaped how I train people today.
The gym has always been my happy place. It’s where I go to reset, release stress, and reconnect with myself. But what I’ve learned is this: movement is better when it’s shared. I created Bodiodi to be a space where you can show up exactly as you are and take what you need that day. Maybe you’re tired and want to zone out. Maybe you’re energized and ready to push. Either way, you don’t have to perform or prove anything here. My job is to guide you through training that’s functional, healthy, and genuinely fun so you leave feeling stronger, clearer, and more like yourself.
Sarah Wasvick
Personal trainer and yoga instructor with a B.S. in Exercise and Health Science and more than 15 years in the fitness industry—7 of those dedicated to personal training. I teach with an approachable, longevity-first mindset because I believe everyone has the right and ability to enjoy movement at any stage of life.
I train at the intersection of biomechanics and fun. That means workouts and classes that are grounded in how the body actually moves—safe, effective, and designed to build resilience over time—while still being enjoyable and accessible. I don’t chase trends; I help you build sustainable strength, mobility, and joy in movement so your body can be nourished and celebrated for years to come.
Personalized programs that respect your history, goals, and current abilities.
A mix of strength, mobility, and movement practice informed by biomechanics.
Yoga sessions that emphasize breath, alignment, and restorative resilience.
Clear progressions and practical cues so every session feels challenging but doable.
Encouragement, humor, and real-world tools to keep fitness part of your life—not a short-lived phase.
I coach people who want to move better, feel stronger, and keep doing the activities they love—whether you’re returning from injury, training for longevity, or simply want a more joyful relationship with fitness.
Let’s build a movement practice that lasts.
